Senior Analyst - Banking Operations

In this role as a Senior Analyst in Banking Operations at First Citizens India, you will be part of the Data Stewardship team responsible for ensuring clean, reliable, and accurate business data within the bank. Your contribution will have a significant impact on maintaining data quality and relationships between receivables and third-party sources. You will work towards enhancing client service quality and supporting data remediation projects through user acceptance testing. Key Deliverables: Accuracy and Attention to detail - Evaluate and monitor data quality, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Identify anomalies and understand internal data flows. Organization and Timeliness - Prioritize work to meet service level agreements, escalate complex issues, and participate in identifying solutions for clients. Initiative and Continuous Improvement - Implement efficiencies in processes, assist in department initiatives, and aid in ongoing data remediation projects. Compliance - Adhere to regulatory training, apply policies consistently, identify key risks, and drive implementation of solutions. Accountability - Understand and adhere to bank policies, procedures, and compliance. Implement adequate operations controls, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. Quality Checks - Conduct daily internal quality checks, serve as an escalation contact, assign work to the team, and monitor completion and quality. Risk and Controls - Assist in implementing operations controls, mitigating risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Skills And Qualifications: Functional Skills: - Analytical and Organizational Skills - Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize effectively, and excellent communication skills. - Decision-making under pressure, proactive in escalating risks, and engaging as a team member. Technical/Business Skills: - Data Analysis & Reporting - Expertise in Informatica MDM, MS Office tools, and legal entity management. - Proficiency in Informatica MDM, with US banking experience as a plus. Relationships & Collaboration: - Reports to Senior Manager, Banking Operations, collaborates with onshore teams and various business lines.
