About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy intelligent systems that power AI-driven features in a fast-scaling SaaS platform. This role focuses on building real-world AI solutions (agents, embeddings, intent engines, speech intelligence, inference APIs, and model orchestration) that operate reliably in production environments.

You will collaborate closely with backend, product, and QA teams to ship AI that feels human, performs fast, and works accurately, safely, and predictably.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML models and agent systems for production SaaS
  
• Create scalable real-time inference and model-serving APIs
  
• Implement embeddings, vector search, and AI memory for agent intelligence
  
• Develop speech AI pipelines (ASR/TTS) and conversational intelligence
  
• Optimize inference for speed, accuracy, and reliability
  
• Monitor model performance, drift, and automated evaluations
  

Core Skills

• PyTorch or TensorFlow (production model development)
  
• AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
  
• Vector/embedding systems (Milvus, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar)
  
• Speech and conversational AI (ASR, TTS, intent, sentiment, entities)
  
• Model deployment (Docker, inference APIs, scalable serving)
  
• Cloud AI stack (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and model observability
