If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving complex AI challenges, this role is for you. ### Responsibilities: 🔹 Design, develop, and optimize NLP-based models for job-candidate matching 🔹 Implement machine learning algorithms for ranking, recommendation, and skill extraction 🔹 Work with large-scale datasets to train and fine-tune AI models 🔹 Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate AI models into the Monkify.ai platform 🔹 Research and experiment with BERT, DistilBERT, spaCy, and TF-IDF for candidate-job profile matching 🔹 Optimize AI models for scalability, accuracy, and low latency 🔹 Monitor AI/ML performance and improve models based on user feedback and real-world usage ### Requirements: ✅ 2+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or Data Science ✅ Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn ✅ Strong understanding of NLP techniques, deep learning, and machine learning pipelines ✅ Experience with vector embeddings, semantic search, and LLM fine-tuning ✅ Knowledge of AWS/GCP AI services for model deployment is a plus ✅ Ability to work independently and in a fast-moving startup environment Skills:- Fine-tune a BERT-based model for a chatbot LLM, Hugging Face and API Integration(Fast/Flask& Django), knowledge into AWS Show more Show less
