Senior AI Engineer

An ideal candidate for the role of AI Engineer should have 5 to 10 years of experience, as we are constructing an AI-powered workforce intelligence platform aimed at assisting businesses in optimizing talent strategies, enhancing decision-making processes, and boosting operational efficiency. Our software utilizes cutting-edge AI, NLP, and data science methodologies to extract valuable insights from extensive amounts of structured and unstructured workforce data. Joining our new AI team will provide you with the chance to engage in real-world AI applications, contribute to innovative NLP solutions, and acquire experience in developing AI-driven products from the foundation. You should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Strong proficiency in Python programming - 5-10 years of experience in Data Science/NLP (Freshers with robust NLP projects are encouraged) - Competency in Python, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, Hugging Face - Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure - Expertise in Retrieval, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Semantic search, Reranking & evaluating search performance - Hands-on experience with SQL for data manipulation and analysis - Assisting in designing, training, and optimizing ML/NLP models using PyTorch, NLTK, Scikitlearn, and Transformer models (BERT, GPT, etc) - Familiarity with MLOps tools like Airflow, MLflow, or similar - Experience in Big Data processing using tools like Spark, Pandas, or Dask - Aiding in the deployment of AI/ML solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure - Collaborating with engineers to integrate AI models into production systems - Proficiency in using SQL and Python to clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets - Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, AI, and ML frameworks - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Eagerness to learn, experiment, and take ownership in a fast-paced startup setting Desirable qualities in a candidate include a desire for professional growth within the company, being a team player, quick learner, performance-driven, possessing strong networking and outreach skills, having a curious and innovative attitude, excellent communication and collaboration skills, determined to achieve results, critical and analytical thinking skills with attention to detail, demonstrating ownership and striving for excellence, maintaining a high level of curiosity towards new technologies, being adept at picking up new software, and representing oneself effectively during customer meetings.
