Senior AGILE

As a GRC Business Analyst at EY, you will contribute functionally to GRC Technology client engagements and internal projects. You will identify potential business opportunities within existing engagements and escalate them as appropriate. Additionally, you will anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with Solution Designers/Architects to brainstorm solutions, disseminate business requirements, and propose the best feasible solution. - Map customer requirements to GRC functionality and advise on best practices for implementing GRC processes. - Gather requirements and help design GRC applications and modules to meet client needs and compliance requirements. - Participate in Agile Sprint planning, define user stories, configure and customize GRC workflows, entities, policies, forms, and user interface elements. - Lead Testing Activities, including Automated Test Framework associated with the build in scope. - Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for developed solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability. - Stay up to date with the latest GRC features, releases, and industry trends. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC tool with other systems. - Drive customer requirements show back sessions, system demos, and other workshops. - Assist EY regional teams on RFP pursuits and proposals for clients seeking GRC/IRM support. - Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks and adherence to quality processes. - Compliance with EY policies and procedures like Timesheet/Leaves management. - Assist Project Lead for the successful execution of the project. **Skills And Attributes For Success:** - eGRC tool knowledge: Service Now IRM. - Strong communication, presentation, and team-building skills. - Experience in producing high-quality reports, papers, and presentations. - Foster teamwork, quality culture, and lead by example. - Training and mentoring of project resources. - Participation in organization-wide people initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in GRC Domain specializing in Service Now IRM. - Experience in leading/completing at least 1 to 3 end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation engagements. - ServiceNow GRC certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC, Certified System Administrator). - Basic understanding of cross GRC domains including Information Security, business continuity, and Risk Management. - Good understanding of ServiceNow technology platform including workspace and portal.
