Job Description

As a Sr Advisor, HR Ops at FC Global Services India LLP, you will be responsible for managing rewards and benefit administration processes for the company's India operations. You will play a key role in supporting HR operations activities, aligning with local and global standards, and ensuring timely and accurate benefits administration. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in external and peer group compensation surveys - Support the operations for annual compensation review - Administer and communicate the company's benefits program plan options, features, and enrollment requirements - Assist employees with benefit enrollments, changes, and claim administration inquiries - Liaise with benefits vendors and consultants to ensure top-level performance - Coordinate vendor renewals and RFP efforts - Create communication and education materials, maintain updated summaries and plan documentation, and facilitate local benefit events Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of relevant experience - Experience working in Benefits operations and benefit administration - Knowledge of India labor laws pertaining to compensation and benefits - Experience in Compensation and Benefits - Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal direction - Excellent presentation skills and written and verbal communication abilities - Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders - Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple competing priorities - Effective project management skills - Fluent in English language - Background in financial services preferred In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to address operational issues, review and validate benefits and insurance costs, and work with finance and management to create required costs for vendors. Additionally, you may assist with other HR Ops processes as needed, such as vendor management and employee records management.
