You will be a Senior Admission Counselor or Admission Counselor at Masters" Union, where you will serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse audience, from school students and parents to seasoned professionals. Your role involves conducting personalized counseling sessions, providing virtual product demonstrations, and guiding prospective learners to make informed decisions to enhance their careers. - Serve as a trusted advisor to a wide range of prospective learners, including school students, parents, and seasoned professionals exploring executive programs. - Conduct personalized counseling sessions and virtual product demonstrations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses. - Follow up on leads diligently to convert interest into enrollments. - Achieve and surpass monthly revenue and conversion targets by implementing effective sales strategies. - Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools and ensure accurate updating of lead information. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales. - Demonstrated success in B2C consultative sales. - Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
