ABOUT THE ROLE

Senior Ad Monetization Manager

• Google AdSense
• Advanced ad placement strategies
• Traffic analysis
• Page speed optimization
• Policy-compliant monetization

large websites (minimum 1M monthly visits)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (SENIOR-LEVEL)

Daily

• Monitor and optimize RPM, CPM, CTR, Page RPM
• Fine-tune ad layout based on heatmaps and UX
• Detect invalid clicks and protect account reputation
• Monitor Core Web Vitals and implement improvements
• Advanced policy-compliance review

Weekly

• Conduct A/B tests with measurable revenue outcomes
• Run AdSense Experiments + implement winners
• Analyze traffic behavior and revenue drop patterns
• Provide detailed weekly reports with insights and solutions

Monthly

• Full revenue audit (cross-site)
• Improve EPMV trends month-over-month
• Launch new monetization strategies (AMP, sticky ads, placements)
• Evaluate additional networks/programmatic options if needed
