Senior Accounts Manager

• Fund raising & submission of stock statements to bank
• Liaise with Banks & NBFCs for finance by debt syndication including preparation of Financial model, CMA data and provided projections to support the loan requirements
• Monthly provisions for P & L preparation
• Preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c, Balance sheet (As per Schedule III Under Companies Act 2013) and cash flow statement on periodical basis (monthly, quarterly etc.) and presentation of comparison statements
• Monitoring Account Payable, Receivable and Scrutiny of General Ledger
• Verification of Payroll and making staff salary, statutory deduction of salary and making payment on due date
• Cost control as per Budget, Budget vs. actual cost analysis and providing the details report to the Management for variation if any
• Preparation, establishment, and implementation of SOP” (Standard Operating Procedure) for Accounts & Finance activities
• Making foreign remittance towards import of material and services, online submission of Form 15CA, CB, etc.
• Opening of LCs and Acceptance LCs for remittance and Bills discounting
• Issues and receipts of ABG and PBG as per PO and WO terms
• Monitoring Statutory Payments i.e. TDS, GST, PF, ESI and Prof. Tax etc.
• Preparation of Monthly RCM and GSTR1,GSTR3B and reconciliation with GSTR2A & 2B and GST Refund
• Tax Audit Data, Income Tax Scrutiny assessment such as e-assessment and faceless assessment and GST Audit & assessment & ROC matters
• Reconciliation of Vendors and Customers Accounts
• Raw material bills, Freight bills, store bills, verification & accounting
• Physical Verification of stocks and Reconciliation with stores records
• Issuing of Debit and Credit Notes
• Issuance of form 16 and 16A
• Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors
• Liaise with Banks for finance by debt syndication including preparation of Financial model, filing CMA data and provided projections to support the loan requirements
• Preparation of returns of CUSTOMES, EXCISE, GST, TDS
