Senior Accounts Manager

Post: Senior Accounts Manager.

Location: Anna Nagar, Edayarpalayam, Coimbatore 641025.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Educational Qualification: Minimum undergraduate level (B.Com. preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 10 Years of related Experience.
• Domain Knowledge: GST, TDS, Income Tax Accounts Finalization, Salary, ESI & PF.
• Software Knowledge: Tally, Excel & MS Word.
• Additional Knowledge: MIS Reporting

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Maintaining various books of accounts, vouchers & petty cash.
• Purchase, Sales, Receipts & Payment entries in Tally. Knowledge of Zoho books will be a plus.
• E-way & E-Invoice processing.
• Employee Salary processing.
• Account reconciliation.
• Analyze and handle bank account transactions (bank deposits, etc.)
• Preparation of debtors and creditors' statements on a weekly basis.
• Verification of Vendor Bills understanding the commercial terms and conditions with the Vendors/Suppliers and schedule their payments.
• Tax, Expense, Profit-and-loss report preparation.

Additional Duties:-

• Assist with tax audits and income tax returns.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Handle Auditing of Books of Accounts with External Auditor.
• Cost reduction proposals.
• Record and research all financial information for analysis.
• Advice on the processes and procedures for financial management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
