Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced Accountant, your role will involve preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards. You will be responsible for project-wise accounting for real estate developments, including monitoring costs, budgets, and revenue recognition. Your duties will also entail overseeing cash flow, working capital, and project financing needs. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring compliance with tax laws by managing GST/VAT, income tax, TDS, and other statutory obligations. - Coordinating internal and external audits, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring compliance. - Developing and implementing accounting policies, systems, and internal controls. - Providing support to senior management in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Qualification Required: To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of real estate project accounting, cost controls, and revenue recognition. Additionally, familiarity with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems would be beneficial.
