Senior Accounts Executive

eGrove Systems is looking for Senior Accounts Executive to join its team of experts.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Coordinate monthly TDS, GST, and Labour form filings with consultants.

- Handle salary disbursement and vendor payments.

- Maintain bills and all accounting-related documents.

- File STPI returns on time.

- Ensure monthly PF and ESI payments and filings.

- Manage Tally entries and bookkeeping.

- Process attendance and payroll.

- Oversee general office maintenance.

- Visit banks, PF office, BOAT office and other institutions as required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

- 4 years of experience in Accounts and Admin roles

- Knowledge of Tally, MS Office (especially Excel), and accounting basics

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
