Job Opening: Senior Accountant – Manufacturing / Trading Setup Location: Bhiwandi, Thane Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 Days a Week Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (commensurate with experience) About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Senior Accountant to manage core accounting, compliance, and documentation functions for our operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment involving domestic and export transactions. This role is critical to ensuring accurate books, smooth vendor management, and compliant export documentation . Key Responsibilities Accounting & Tally Operations Sales entries and purchase entries in Tally Bill passing and verification of supporting documents Maintenance of accurate books of accounts Vendor & Account Management Vendor accounts reconciliation Follow-up and resolution of discrepancies Coordination with internal teams for approvals and closures Export & Compliance Work Preparation and handling of export documentation CEPA application and related compliance support Coordination with CHA, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders Reporting & Analysis Preparation of margin sheets Basic MIS and financial summaries as required by management Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience Strong working knowledge of Tally Practical exposure to sales, purchase, and vendor accounting Experience in export documentation and CEPA applications preferred Good understanding of bill passing and reconciliation processes High level of accuracy, accountability, and follow-through Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Who Should Apply This role is best suited for professionals who: Prefer a stable, long-term accounting role Are comfortable working from Bhiwandi, Thane Enjoy operational accounting with real business ownership Have hands-on experience rather than purely supervisory exposure What We Offer Stable work environment Clear role ownership Timely salary payments Opportunity to work across accounting and export functions Interested candidates may apply with their updated resume and current CTC details.
