Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare ledgers, financial statements, invoices, and necessary financial reports.
  • Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
  • Support audit processes and ensure compliance with NBFC accounting and statutory norms.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (Masters preferred).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficient in

    Tally ERP

    ,

    MS Excel

    , and accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of

    accounting principles

    ,

    GST

    ,

    TDS

    , and

    regulatory compliance

    .
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Prior NBFC or financial institution experience preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
