Senior Accounts And Finance Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and highly experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our Accounts & Finance function. The Senior Manager Accounts & Finance will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, taxation, ensuring statutory compliance, optimizing internal controls, and guiding the finance team to support business objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  
• Provide strategic insights to the leadership team for decision-making and growth initiatives.
  
• Drive cost optimization and resource allocation strategies.
  
• Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other applicable laws.
  
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for timely filings and approvals.
  
• Ensure timely preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Oversee direct and indirect taxation, including tax planning, computation, and filing.
  
• Manage GST compliance, reconciliations, and coordination with authorities for assessments and audits.
  
• Review MIS reports, variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Maintain transparency and accuracy in all financial records.
  
• Establish and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
  
• Ensure proper documentation and process adherence for all financial transactions.
  
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and investment decisions.
  
• Mentor and develop the accounts & finance team for higher efficiency and capability.
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Mandatory:

  Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

• Experience:

  Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance, with proven experience in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, GST, and corporate laws.
  
• Proven track record in managing audits, compliance, and financial strategy.
