Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Thrissur. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, handling taxation matters, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include preparing project reports, liaising with tax authorities, and providing financial advice and planning for clients. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Managing daily accounting operations and preparing financial statements
• Experience in conducting statutory and internal audits
• Expertise in taxation matters, including income tax and GST
• Ability to prepare detailed project reports and provide financial planning and advice
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in financial compliance and representation before tax authorities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Chartered Accountant (CA) certification preferred
• Experience in project finances and related planning is a plus
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
