Role Description

JOB LOCATION WILL BE AT THRISSUR- DONT APPLY OTHERS WHO ARE NOT WILLING WORK AT THRISSUR

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thrissur for a Chartered Accountant. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing and performing tasks related to company formation, taxation, statutory and internal audits, project report preparation, and representation with tax authorities. Additionally, the role will involve trust and partnership formation, accounting, GST, and planning and arranging for project finances.

Qualifications

• Experience in Company Formation, Trust Formation, Partnership Formation, and Company Incorporation
• Expertise in Taxation matters (Income tax and GST)
• Skills in conducting Statutory and Internal Audits
• Ability to prepare Project Reports and represent with Tax Authorities
• Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• knowledge in preparation of Financial reports under under Indian GAAP especially Ind AS
• CA certification or CA inter with 5 years experience in Good Audit Firms
