Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst

As a Senior Accountant at our growing and innovative network of car dealerships specializing in fleet vehicles and commercial trucks, you will lead the finance department and report directly to the CFO. Your inherent leadership qualities and attention to detail are essential for ensuring accurate reporting in all areas. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with the established schedule and in collaboration with the accounting department - Conducting monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to maintain accurate reporting and ledger maintenance - Analyzing financial statements for discrepancies and issues that require the CFO's attention - Reviewing inter-company transactions and generating invoices as needed - Reconciling balance sheet accounts - Delegating financial responsibilities to the accounting team - Coordinating semi-annual audits and assisting the CFO with audit processes - Performing regular ledger maintenance Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Master's preferred) - 10+ years of experience in general or tax accounting - Experience with computerized ledger systems - Advanced knowledge of Excel - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Expertise in Tally Additionally, the company offers health insurance as a benefit.
