As we grow, we're looking for a skilled and dependable Senior Accountant who can strengthen our financial backbone and bring structure to our operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing end-to-end accounting functions including GST/TDS, reconciliations, expense management, P&L and monthly closing
• Handling vendor payments, accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring accurate records
• Coordinating with the purchasing team for inventory control, costing, and stock verification
• Implementing cost control systems across departments
• Preparing MIS reports, budgets, and financial statements
• Working closely with auditors and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• Monitoring financial performance and providing insights to the leadership team
• Bringing structure, discipline, and transparency to day-to-day financial operations

Must-Haves:

• 78 years of full-time accounting experience
• Experience in hospitality (hotels, restaurants, F&B) is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, vendor management
• Hands-on experience with GST/TDS filings, reconciliations, P&L, and balance sheets
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational habits
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel accounting software is a plus
• A problem-solver's mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment
