Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations in
SAP R/3, Tally and other ERP systems
.
Handle
GST and TDS compliance
including return filing, reconciliations, and coordination with auditors/tax authorities.
Prepare and maintain
general ledger entries, reconciliations, vendor/customer ledgers, and journal entries
.
Execute
month-end and year-end books closure
with accurate
MIS reporting
for management.
Support audits by preparing documentation and resolving auditor queries.
Stay updated with applicable tax/regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain strong process discipline.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance; CA-inter preferred but not mandatory.
2-5 years of experience
in Indian accounting, TDS, GST, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in
SAP R/3
,
Tally ERP
and exposure to other ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of Indian accounting/tax norms.
Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
(written & verbal).
Ability to work in a multicultural environment with German and Indian teams.
