Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Mohali district. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing support in budgeting and financial planning. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining general ledger accounts, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, performing audits, and analyzing financial data. The Senior Accountant will also collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing financial records, general ledger accounts, and financial reporting
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and analyzing financial data
• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and auditing practices
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role within the finance or accounting industry is preferred
