• Handle

  month-end accounting

  activities in

  Tally

  , including

  bulk data uploads

  .
• Prepare

  Profit & Loss Statements

  ,

  Cash Flow Statements

  , and other MIS reports.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts as per accounting standards.
• Address vendor queries regarding invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Assist

  internal and statutory auditors

  with financial data and documentation.
• Ensure audit compliance and closure of audit observations.

Cash, Bank & Vendor Management

• Perform

  bank reconciliations

  and

  vendor reconciliations

  on a regular basis.
• Oversee

  cash management

  ,

  payment processing

  , and

  Trade payables

  .
• Knowledge of handling

  petty cash

  and daily cash transactions.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and resolve discrepancies.

Stock & Purchase Accounting

• Handle

  stock accounting and stock reconciliation

  .
• Verify

  purchase orders

  related to stock and calculate

  profit margins

  .
• Monitor stock-related payables and inventory valuation.

Knowledge of Statutory Compliance & Filings

• Manage statutory compliances and timely filings for:

• GST , TDS

• Professional Tax (PT)

• Provident Fund (PF)

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and statutory requirements.

Registrations & Licenses (Preferred)

• Handle

  new registrations

  and renewals, including:
• GST Registration
• Shops & Establishment Registration
• Professional Tax Registration
• FSSAI License

Skills & Competencies

• Strong working knowledge of

  Tally

  (Prime/ERP)
• Good understanding of

  GST, TDS, PF, PT compliances

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

• Analytical and reconciliation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• M.Com / CA/CMA -Inter

  (or equivalent)
• Experience in handling

  end-to-end accounting operations

• Exposure to audits and statutory filings
