Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the company’s accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and provide accurate financial insights. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting expertise, leadership ability, and hands-on experience with taxation and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records
Prepare and review invoices, bills, and financial statements
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor ledger balances
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings
Supervise payroll processing and expense management
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
Monitor accounts receivable and payable and manage cash flow
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Guide and support junior accounting staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel, and accounting systems
In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
4–8 years of relevant accounting experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
