Senior Accountant Executive

About the Role

At Cleevo, we’re building a brand that’s changing how India cleans - affordable, smart, and sustainable. We’re scaling fast and are looking for an Accountant who’s sharp, detail-obsessed, and comfortable with the chaos of a high-growth startup.

This is not a back-office role. You’ll work directly with the founders and be a key part of how we run operations, maintain compliance, and make faster, better decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a startup or D2C environment
• Hands-on with Zoho Books, Excel/Sheets, reconciliations, and reporting
• Comfortable with GST workings and filings, TDS, EPF, PF, and other statutory compliances
• Clear communicator, organized, and proactive in solving problems
• Bonus if you’ve worked in ecommerce / fast-moving brands

What You’ll Work On

• Daily accounting, bookkeeping, and cash flow tracking
• Monthly GST, TDS filings and coordinating with our CA
• Ensuring compliance across EPF, PF, and related statutory requirements
• Building and updating financial trackers and internal dashboards
• Supporting internal audits and investor reporting
