As a senior B2B sales professional at ONE Business Consulting Group, you will play a crucial role in driving new business acquisition and developing strong relationships with clients. Your passion for sales and expertise in business and software development will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the CEO to define a go-to-market strategy for the US region and take ownership of all new business acquisition. - Generate leads from industry and networking events, collaborating with the marketing team to provide necessary field support. - Engage in field activities, such as personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, and social outings, to develop and leverage relationships. - Utilize your existing contacts to generate new leads and nurture them through various channels. - Identify and prioritize opportunities, working closely with the pre-sales team to create winning proposals. - Manage the sales funnel to ensure leads are effectively progressing through each stage towards successful deals. - Collaborate with project managers to maintain project profitability and customer satisfaction targets. - Define marketing campaigns and create high-quality content to drive inbound leads. - Align business goals with customer requirements in collaboration with technical leadership. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a focus on selling design, engineering, or consulting services, particularly in large complex solutions. - Possess thought leadership and in-depth knowledge of emerging technology trends and industry developments. - Proven track record in selling onshore and offshore IT solutions, with a strong understanding of software development technologies. - Ability to identify and open new accounts, leveraging existing networks within innovation management communities. - Consistent achievement of sales targets and successful management of the business development process. - Demonstrated experience in creating long-term multimillion-dollar business relationships and maintaining an accurate industry contact database. - Proficiency in sales activity reporting and active participation in the RFP process.
