Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Study Abroad Counsellor with at least 1 year of experience in international education counselling. The ideal candidate will guide students through the process of studying abroad, from course and university selection to application and visa processing, helping them make informed decisions about their academic future. Key Responsibilities: * Counsel students on international education opportunities based on their academic background, interests, and career aspirations. * Guide students through the selection of programs and institutions in countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and more. * Assist with university applications, SOPs, LORs, and ensure timely submission of documents. * Support students through the visa process, including preparation of required documentation and interview readiness. * Maintain accurate student records and application tracking in the CRM system. * Stay informed about changes in international education policies, application deadlines, and visa procedures. * Participate in education fairs, webinars, and outreach activities to connect with prospective students. * Meet counselling and student conversion targets. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education-related preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling or a similar student-facing role. * Basic understanding of international education systems and visa processes. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. * Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools. Academic Counsellor, Admission Counsellor, Career Counsellor, Student Counsellor Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with students applying to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe. * Certification in education counselling or training from recognized organizations (e.g., British Council, Education USA, etc.). * Multilingual abilities are a plus.
