Job Description We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Direct Sales Executives in Nagpur to drive student acquisition for our B2C vertical. You will be responsible for meeting potential customers face-to-face, understanding their learning needs, and offering appropriate Infinity Learn solutions. Key Responsibilities Visit leads generated via telecalling or digital marketing and convert them into customers. Counsel students and parents about Infinity Learn’s courses (K-12, JEE/NEET). Pitch and demonstrate product offerings and services through in-person meetings. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups via CRM tools. Attend training sessions and sales meetings as scheduled. Eligibility Criteria 0.6 to 3 years of experience in field sales/direct sales (preferably in EdTech, Insurance, BFSI, FMCG). Graduation is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Should own a two-wheeler and smartphone. Willingness to travel locally within Nagpur. Why Join Us?
