Job Description

Job Title:

Infinity Learn

Work from Home flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with potential students and parents using provided leads.
Identify customer needs and clearly explain Infinity Learns offerings.
Schedule and conduct
home counselling sessions
to close sales.
Achieve monthly revenue targets through direct B2C engagement.
Maintain timely follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Record all interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Work closely with inside sales and operations teams.

Candidate Requirements:

Languages Preferred:
Hindi, Bengali
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented mindset.
Comfortable with CRM tools and basic computer operations.
Education:
Any graduate
Experience:
1 - 5 years in Direct Sales/B2C Sales (Candidates from EdTech background will be preferred)
Must be
willing to travel locally for home visits
in
Kolkata
.
