The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in FDM, SLA, SLS, and other 3D printing technologies , ensuring high-quality outputs for architectural models, prototypes, and production components. The role involves machine maintenance, material selection, process optimization, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Manage the 3D Printing Workflow - Oversee printing operations from design preparation to final output. Material & Technology Selection - Choose appropriate materials & processes based on project requirements. Machine Calibration & Maintenance - Ensure smooth functioning, troubleshoot, and service 3D printers. Optimize Print Quality & Efficiency - Fine-tune printer settings for better accuracy, surface finish, and strength. Lead a Team - Train and guide junior engineers and technicians in 3D printing best practices. Requirements: Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in professional 3D printing and additive manufacturing. Expertise in FDM, SLA, SLS, DLP, and other 3D printing technologies . Proficiency in 3D modeling & slicing software like Fusion 360, Rhino, SolidWorks, Cura, PreForm, Chitubox, etc. Strong knowledge of materials (resins, filaments, powders) and their applications . Hands-on experience with troubleshooting 3D printers and optimizing print settings . Understanding of structural integrity and mechanical properties of printed parts .
