Job Description

Shaping the visual and functional elements of our high-profile commercial projects.
Creation of
BIM models
for clients (LOD 300 to LOD 400 and LOD 500)
3D designing
and creation of fabrication drawings for complex projects

Key Individual Accountabilities

Strategic;

Ownership of the entire 3D designing work of a project
Understand clientsclient's BIM models and create Facade model in accordance
Work planning and time estimation
Design team capacity analysis and planning

Financial;

Optimized designs as per project requirement
Creation of proper BOM for a project for correct estimation
Understand the client's requirement
Meet the delivery deadlines of design work
Lead the 3D team
Align organizational needs and team & individual growth
