Job Title: Semi-Qualified CS

Location: Gurgaon

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days- 5.5 days working ( 2nd and 4th Saturday off ) during peak working season it's 6 days working.

Job Summary:

As a semi-qualified Company Secretary, you will assist in ensuring compliance with corporate laws, maintaining statutory records, and providing secretarial support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining statutory registers and records.

2. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant laws.

3. Draft and review board resolutions, meeting minutes, and other corporate documents.

4. Assist in conducting secretarial audits and ensuring corporate governance.

5. Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.

6. Assist in handling corporate-related matters, including incorporation, mergers, and

acquisitions.

Requirements:

1. Completed Intermediate level of Company Secretary (CS) course.

2. Pursuing final level of CS course.

3. Basic knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and procedures.

4. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
