Job description Create optimize paid ads campaigns to meet business goals objectives Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value target audiences, utilizing AI tools to uncover valuable insights Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other search platforms using SA360 Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI Develop and A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to achieve campaign goals, leveraging AI-powered creative optimization tools Generate comprehensive reports that highlight key metrics, performance trends, and actionable insights for leadership teams Own end to end campaign management including bid strategy, creative development, campaign trafficking and ongoing optimization Work with the account management team to deliver reporting and campaign updates as needed Provide insights for daily, weekly, monthly and QBR reports looking to educate and grow account Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in SEM, paid advertising, and AI, continuously seeking opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of paid advertising with broader marketing initiatives Skills And Experience Seasoned marketing professional with 8-12 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Google Ads (formerly AdWords) mastermind with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns Adept at utilizing SA 360 to optimize campaigns across platforms and achieve specific marketing objectives Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SEM principles and a keen eye for leveraging AI tools to enhance strategy, reporting, and campaign execution Analytical whiz with expertise in reporting and data visualization. You can transform complex data into actionable insights for leadership and management teams Strong communicator who can clearly articulate campaign performance, recommendations, and optimization strategies to stakeholders at all levels Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
