Selling skill trainer

As a Selling Skill Trainer, you play a crucial role in ensuring the success of sales and sales support personnel through the provision of essential knowledge, skills, content, and tools. Your responsibilities include: - Onboarding Sales Development trainers and addressing their training & coaching needs. - Procuring content and trainers from product marketing / GTM teams and integrating them into employee onboarding and ongoing initiatives. - Designing and developing a role-based learning curriculum. - Conducting training sessions on sales skills, processes, methodology, and tools. - Providing sales coaching sessions on an as-needed basis. - Creating monthly/quarterly training calendars and executing them according to the plan. - Evaluating training and coaching programs to measure their impact. - Implementing post-training support plans. - Generating training reports and maintaining training MIS. - Managing training administration, including logistics and nominations. Qualifications required for this role: - 4-7 years of experience in delivering sales skills/soft skills/sales coaching programs. - 2-4 years of previous experience in B2B selling. - Knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to executives. - Proficiency in project planning and implementation. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. - Graduate or post-graduate degree, preferably in Psychology, Sociology, Arts, Management, or related field.
