Selling skill trainer

As a Selling Skill Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success of sales and sales support personnel by equipping them with the necessary knowledge, skills, content, and tools. In this role, you will serve as a Sales Enablement Specialist, focusing on onboarding Sales Development trainers and addressing their training and coaching needs. You will work closely with product marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to procure relevant content and trainers, which will be deployed during employee onboarding and ongoing initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing and developing role-based learning curriculums, delivering training sessions on sales skills, processes, methodology, and tools, as well as conducting sales coaching sessions as needed. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing and executing monthly/quarterly training calendars, evaluating the impact of training and coaching programs, and implementing post-training support plans. Maintaining training reports, training Management Information System (MIS), and overseeing training administration logistics and nominations will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have 4-7 years of experience delivering sales skills, soft skills, and sales coaching programs, with 2-4 years of prior experience in B2B selling. A solid understanding of adult learning principles, facilitation skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and experience in presenting to executives are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, project planning, and implementation skills are necessary. A degree in Psychology, Sociology, Arts, Management, or related fields is preferred.
