As a Seller, you will oversee sales activities, including client outreach, property assessment, and proposal presentations. Your daily responsibilities will involve engaging with potential clients, conducting market research, generating leads, and nurturing client connections. Additionally, you will play a key role in formulating sales strategies and achieving sales objectives. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong sales and client relationship management abilities, proficiency in market research and lead generation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, experience in property evaluation and reassessment, the capacity to work independently and on-site, and familiarity with financial services and property tax regulations.
