Job Summary:

Voice Process Associate

Job Title: Experience only in Motor Insurance / Mortgage / Property & Casualty Claims (Voice)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle US mortgage loan processing activities through inbound and outbound customer calls.
Communicate with customers to review and verify mortgage-related information while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal teams over phone calls to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
Provide clear updates, answer customer queries, and maintain accurate call logs and records of all interactions.
Ensure timely completion of loan processing tasks while maintaining high accuracy and service quality.
Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience and workflow efficiency

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in
Motor Insurance / Mortgage / Property & Casualty Claims (Voice)
Excellent communication skills in English.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
