Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
* Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, designers, and content creators.
* Manage digital marketing budgets and forecast ROI.
* Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, influencer partnerships, and content marketing.
* Oversee creative direction, messaging, and audience targeting.
* Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
* Proven experience in managing multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable results.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
