Role & responsibilities

We're Hiring: Senior Digital Marketing Manager (8+ Years Experience)

Senior Digital Marketing Manager with 8+ years of proven experience

Preferred candidate profile

Develop and execute 360 digital marketing strategies across all online platforms

Lead SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content-based campaigns
Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
Oversee website content updates, landing pages, funnel optimization, and CRO
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, dashboards, and reporting
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and the sales team to align goals
Manage digital marketing budget and allocate spending effectively
Handle online brand reputation, ORM, and customer engagement strategies
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of digital marketing executives
Plan product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, etc.) for insights
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and algorithm updates

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing
Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategy-building skills
Proven track record of driving growth and brand engagement
