Job Description

Develop, edit, and maintain security-related documentation including policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
Own and manage the document repository, ensuring proper version control, organization, and accessibility
Update documentation in preparation for internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory reviews
Create new documents to support evolving security initiatives, technologies, and operational needs
Draft and refine internal and external communications related to security awareness, updates, and initiatives
Collaborate with subject matter experts across technical and business teams to ensure accuracy and clarity
Ensure all documentation aligns with organizational standards, branding, and compliance requirements
Support continuous improvement of documentation processes and contribute to knowledge management efforts
