The ideal candidate will have a strong background in school or institutional security with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of security guards to ensure 24/7 campus safety. Monitor all entry and exit points, verifying visitor access and ID checks. Conduct routine inspections of school premises to identify and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards. Oversee the functioning of CCTV cameras and alarm systems. Coordinate emergency procedures including fire drills, lockdowns, and evacuations. Liaise with school authorities, parents, and local law enforcement when necessary. Maintain daily security reports and incident logs. Train new security staff on school protocols and safety procedures. Ensure strict compliance with the school’s safety and behavioral policies. Requirements: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a security supervisory role (preferably in a school or institutional setting). Proven leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control, and emergency response. Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergency situations. Physically fit and alert with good communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant security certifications are a plus. Must be willing to work in Thane.
