Position Overvie

The Security Supervisor oversees the security team and ensures smooth implementation of society’s safety protocols. This includes managing guards, coordinating with residents, and handling escalations.

Key Responsibilities

 Supervise and guide security guards across all posts.  Ensure guards follow SOPs for visitor and vehicle movement.  Monitor patrol schedules and ensure guards rotate positions as instructed.  Conduct interviews of guards and ensure replacements if performance is unsatisfactory.  Handle escalations from guards and coordinate with property manager or committee.  Ensure guards maintain discipline, hygiene, and proper conduct.  Verify water and DC levels; escalate issues to relevant personnel.  Respond to emergencies and coordinate with police or committee when needed.  Ensure proper documentation and registers are maintained at the main gate.  Monitor night entries and ensure compliance with police instructions.  Enforce rules regarding food delivery, noise complaints, and unauthorized parking.  Ensure proper handover/takeover and key management protocols.  Assist in lift emergencies and coordinate with society manager.  Maintain serviceability of security equipment (torches, sticks, whistles).  Ensure guards are not overworked or assigned beyond shift limits.

Qualifications & Requirements

 Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security supervision.  Strong leadership and communication skills.  Physically fit and alert; good habits and etiquette.  Must be approved by both service provider and society committee.  Familiarity with mobile apps and basic documentation.  Must not engage in other employment during tenure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
