Security Supervisor

As a Security Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the security team to ensure the safety and security of the company's property, employees, and assets. You will need to be a proactive leader with a strong understanding of security protocols, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies. Your role will also involve training, mentoring, and motivating your team while upholding a high degree of integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the security team's daily activities - Implement and maintain security procedures and protocols - Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies - Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments - Train and mentor security staff to enhance their skills and performance Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in a security supervisory role - Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotational basis (15 days day and 15 days night) - Willingness to stay in company-provided accommodation In addition to the job responsibilities, the company offers Provident Fund benefits for this full-time position located onsite.,
