Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing Security Operations:

    Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day security operations. This involves assigning duties and responsibilities to security personnel, ensuring proper coverage, and addressing any issues or incidents that arise during their shifts.
  • Compliance with regulations:

    The security supervisor ensures that all security operations are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. They may need to stay updated on changes in regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  • Training and Supervising Staff:

    Play a key role in training and supervising security personnel. provide guidance, instructions, and ongoing support to ensure that security staffs are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively. This includes training on code of conduct, emergency response procedures, use of security equipment, and customer service skills.
  • Monitoring and Responding to Incidents:

    Responsible for monitoring security systems, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems, to identify any potential security breaches or incidents. Prepared to respond efficiently to emergencies and coordinate appropriate actions, such as contacting law enforcement or medical services if needed.
  • Emergency response:

    Responsible for coordinating the response efforts in the event of an emergency. They should have a clear understanding of emergency protocols, ensuring that all team members are familiar with procedures and able to respond effectively.

  • Risk Assessment:

    Identify vulnerabilities in security systems and recommend improvements to enhance the overall security posture. Conduct periodic risk assessments to evaluate potential threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Prepares monthly roster and Monthly Attendance of Security Staff and Manage their leaves.
  • Plan & prepare daily roster as per the requirement of the operation.
  • Prepares Daily, Weekly & Monthly Security Reports.
  • Responsible for performing inspections for physical and safety hazards. e.g.. Daily Fire Inspection.
  • Takes follow up of the Observation occurred during Patrolling, Daily fire Inspection and Audit.
  • Performs duty as Reliver to other supervisors on their week offs & leaves.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Security Supervisor role.
  • The minimum educational qualification required is a Bachelors degree (Graduate).
