Security Supervisor

As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations, managing security personnel, and ensuring a safe environment. Your key responsibilities will include supervising security staff, conducting security audits and risk assessments, developing security protocols, collaborating with management and external agencies, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with security regulations and policies. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in security supervision or management, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to work independently and make quick decisions, knowledge of security protocols and procedures, physical fitness, and the capability to respond to emergencies promptly. This is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree as the preferred educational qualification. Additionally, having at least 1 year of experience in teaching and a total of 1 year of work experience is preferred. Proficiency in English is also preferred for effective communication.
