The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, supervising security officers, and ensuring the safety and protection of people, property, and assets. This role includes enforcing security policies, responding to incidents, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.
Supervise, train, and schedule security officers to ensure adequate site coverage
Monitor security staff performance and enforce company policies and procedures
Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify safety or security risks
Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
Prepare incident reports, shift reports, and other required documentation
Coordinate with management, law enforcement, and emergency services when necessary
Ensure compliance with local laws, company regulations, and client requirements
Investigate incidents, thefts, accidents, or policy violations
Operate and monitor security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
Provide customer service while maintaining a secure environment
