Security Professional (Security Control Room Operator)

Main Responsibility:
  To provide and support a full Security Control Room Operation in a 24-hour response environmental monitoring / utilizing, operating all the systems within the control room, incident management and ensuring all electronic systems are operating to their optimum.

Key Skills:
          The applicant must have keyboard skills, including the use of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Access, Excel, Word etc. He must have technical knowledge of digital CCTV, Access Control & Fire Alarm Systems etc. and a proven track record of working in a good and busy control room environment  
    
Key Responsibility:
   -         To operate, monitor and evaluate Integration of Electronic Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control & Fire Alarm System) with Centralized Monitoring / Operating Applications.  
-         To ensure efficacy of installed Security systems and associated services in liaison with the respective technical teams by means of regular / periodic checks. This would include the setting up & implementation of an effective preventive maintenance plan.  
-         Recording of system troubleshootings, building administrative issues, Security & Safety Service   
-         Issues and ensure effective resolution through respective resolution groups within the defined TAT.  
-         Manage the dedicated emergency telephones and the Walke-Talkie system and be aware of emergency response procedures.   
-         Support integrated locations in monitoring security incident through connected security systems and support Site team & Security head during investigation of security incident.   
-         To direct and coordinate the deployment of appropriate resources to successfully resolve incidents in compliance with policy, contractual and legal requirements.   
-         To ensure that relevant colleagues and stakeholders are updated of critical incidents via telephone and / or email / text message.   
-         Maintain reports on system health and report all emergency alarms as per escalation matrix.  
-         Generate on demand reports for various locations as per request from the location / BU team.   
-         Ensure MIS Reporting: Data Collation, Validation & preparing a Final Draft Summary.   
-         Undertake any other duties that are necessary within the Security Control room and Report any failures or issues to the Security Manager.   
-         Reviews & identifying security risks related to technical security systems on periodic basis and Remote monitoring enhancement using cost effective and innovative security solutions  
-         Technical trainings on video surveillance, access control system, Fire alarm and other system to security guard and supervisors.   
 
Required Competencies:
   -         Minimum Year of experience: The applicant must have 4-5 years experience of complex security control room operations within a good establishment.  
-         Qualification: Graduate, however preference will be given to BCA / B.Tech (Electronics & Computer Science) Degree Holders  
-         Specialized Skills: Cybersecurity, Asset Management, Security Review & Audit, Digitalization / Automation of security operations  
-         Personal Attributes: The applicant must have the ability to organize, prioritize and produce results under pressure and be able to work within a very busy team.  
-         Visualization: Power BI, Microsoft Suite  
-   Will be required to work in holidays and shifts.
