Security Personnel

We are looking for a dedicated and vigilant Industrial Plant Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within our industrial facility. You will monitor access to restricted areas, patrol the premises to prevent theft, accidents, or unauthorized activities, and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial environments, excellent observation skills, and the ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the plant premises by inspecting the credentials of workers, visitors, and contractors.
• Patrol the facility regularly to ensure safety, security, and compliance with safety protocols, focusing on high-risk zones such as machinery areas, storage facilities, and hazardous material zones.
• Enforce plant safety procedures by ensuring that all employees and visitors adhere to safety rules and regulations while on-site.
• Report any incidents or irregularities, including suspicious activities, theft, accidents, or safety hazards, to management and document them thoroughly.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and ensure that security systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems are functioning properly.
• Respond quickly to emergencies such as fires, chemical spills, or medical incidents, following company protocols to secure the area and assist workers or visitors as needed.
• Assist with evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency and ensure all personnel are safely accounted for.
• Work closely with plant management to identify potential security risks and suggest improvements to security protocols or practices.
• Ensure that safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, first aid kits, emergency exits) is accessible, operational, and up to code.
• Document daily activities and complete required reports detailing security concerns, safety inspections, or any incidents that occur during your shift.
• Provide assistance to plant personnel by guiding them to specific areas or answering any security-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; additional security training or certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
