The Security Executive (Operations) is responsible for ensuring secure and smooth operations across designated campuses. This includes managing security personnel, access control systems, visitor protocols, and supporting emergency response and audit readiness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive risk identification, operational discipline, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Physical Security Operations• Deploy and manage contract security personnel in line with shift rosters.• Track daily attendance, performance, and appearance of guards.• Enforce SOPs on visitor management, vendor screening, escort handling, parking protocols, and material movement.• Coordinate with stakeholders during internal/external events on-site.• Maintain Lost & Found logs and ensure secure asset monitoring.• Support emergency situations including strikes, protests, and incident containment.• Assist with audits and maintain updated site-wise documentation.2. Access Control & Systems Management• Handle ID card activation/deactivation, access revocation, and quarterly audits.• Operate access and surveillance systems such as Lenel, Milestone, and VMS tools.• Support onboarding (photo capture, badge printing) and offboarding exit formalities.• Manage radio sets, fire alarm panels, and parking access systems.• Track and resolve tool-based requests (Zula, Swift, Partner Connect).3. Safety & Compliance Responsibilities• Conduct or support life safety and fire safety training sessions for staff and security guards.• Ensure compliance with safety policies and ISO 45001 standards.• Oversee permit-to-work systems and safety documentation at the site level.4. Behavioral & Operational Expectations• Strictly adhere to processes and SOPs; escalate to the manager only for exceptional scenariosthat fall outside the defined framework.• Remain observant and proactive in identifying security risksfocus on prevention rather thanreactive response.• Share intelligence and operational updates with peers and managers; do not work in isolation.• Foster a collaborative work environment by mentoring junior guards and promoting a strongsecurity culture.Candidate Profile• Education: Minimum graduate (degree/diploma); Ex-defense or certified security professionalspreferred.• Experience: 2–4 years in corporate security, facility operations, or industrial security roles.• Technical Skills: MS Office (Excel/Outlook), familiarity with access control/CCTV systems.
