Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Access Control Management: Monitor and control entry/exit of employees, vendors, and visitors to office premises. Maintain records of authorized personnel and ensure no unauthorized access. 2. Badging and Access Card Support: Issue and manage access badges/cards for employees, visitors, and vendors. Assist with access issues and badge troubleshooting. 3. Visitor & Vendor Management: Issue temporary access passes to vendors and visitors following verification protocols. Maintain a log of all visitor/vendor entries and exits. 4. Surveillance and Risk Monitoring: Monitor CCTV cameras and access control systems to detect and report suspicious activity. Identify and escalate security risks, safety violations, or concerns raised by employees or clients. 5. Emergency Response and Safety Oversight: Respond to emergencies including fire, earthquakes, bomb threats, or medical incidents swiftly and appropriately. Coordinate with emergency services and internal teams during critical situations. 6. Fire and Non-Fire Emergency Oversight: Conduct regular inspections and checks of firefighting equipment and emergency systems. Oversee fire drills, evacuation plans, and assist in implementing emergency procedures. 7. Floor Warden Duties: Act as a Floor Warden to guide employees during drills and real-time emergencies. Ensure all individuals are evacuated and accounted for safely during emergency situations. 8. Customer Service and Visit Management: Welcome and assist visitors and clients courteously and professionally. Address queries or concerns related to security and guide them as necessary. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream from a recognized university. Minimum Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in corporate security Preference will be given to female candidates Key Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of access control and CCTV systems Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively Strong sense of responsibility and integrity Basic computer proficiency for reporting and documentation
