Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Officer at the IAN Institute of Rehabilitation and Research located in Thrissur. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facility, monitoring surveillance systems, managing access control, and conducting regular security patrols. Additional tasks include responding to emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary, and maintaining detailed incident reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, surveillance, and access control
• Ability to respond promptly and effectively to emergencies
• Strong observational and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to conduct regular security patrols
• Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is an advantage
• Certification in security training or law enforcement is desirable
